Postponed Concerts - update
7-March-2005

We are sorry to announce that two more Elton John concerts have been officially postponed:
08 March - Richmond Coliseum, Richmond, Virginia and
09 March - Lawrence Joel Coliseum, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

We know that many of you are disappointed over these postponements, and those in Bossier City and New Orleans at the weekend. The postponements are due to Elton's illness, and at present plans are being made to reschedule the concerts later this year. As soon as there is confirmed news of the rescheduling we will announce it on eltonjohn.com. Once the rescheduled dates are confirmed, our Customer Services will be contacting all those who bought Rocket tickets for the original concerts to find out if the buyers want to attend the rescheduled concerts. If not, they will of course be offered a full refund.

Ticket buyers who bought from Ticketmaster or elsewhere and who do not want to keep the tickets for the rescheduled concerts should go to their point of purchase for a refund.


On a side note, we are getting several emails wanting the American Express Passwords.

This goes for ALL American Express Passwords.
The Password is the phone number on the back of your American Express Card.
You MUST purchase those tickets with THAT card.

So, even if you come up with the phone number to get in, you can not buy the tickets unless you have an American Express Card.
