Kelly Clarkson Tickets Presale Password Information

Pre-Sale Ticketing Policy (Fan Club Members Only!)

Kelly Clarkson fan club members are eligible for two (2) Pre-Sale tickets per show. Tickets are non-transferable. In order to qualify for Pre-Sale tickets, you must make your request via the official online ticket request form at KellyClarkson.com below. You must be logged in as a KC Fan Club Member in order to access the form. Please read below for detailed instructions:

How it Works:
1. Each fan club member must submit a request form if they would like to buy Pre-Sale Tickets. We will post the tour dates and the times that you can start requesting on the DATES page of the site. (If a show is not listed in the drop-down list on the form, tickets are not yet available or the lists are already full.)
2. After you submit your request, you will receive an email within 3 business days that will confirm that you are on the list.
3. If you are approved for the show you requested, you will be sent an email with an exclusive password to use on the ticketing website for each show (usually Ticketmaster.com or Tickets.com)


Rules and Guidelines
1. Each member will be eligible for two (2) Pre-Sale tickets per show. (select # of tickets)
2. At this time, there is no limit to the number of shows for which each fan club member may purchase Pre-Sale tickets. (Policy subject to change)
3. All Pre-Sale tickets purchased are subject to each venue’s box office policies and fees.
4. Pre-Sale Tickets tend to go pretty quickly. It is every fan club member's responsibility to check the DATES page often to find out when you can submit a request form for your desired show.
5. Any member caught reselling Pre-Sale tickets (especially for profit), will be permanently banned from the fan club without a refund.
