Tickets Available for Trio of Penn State Football Games; Nittany Lions Host Central Michigan Saturday
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., September 11, 2005 - Penn State improved to 2-0 with an impressive 42-24 victory over Cincinnati Saturday and fans eager to watch the exciting Nittany Lions are likely to push ticket sales for three of the remaining five home games.
Penn State returns to Beaver Stadium this Saturday, hosting Central Michigan (1-1) at 3:30 p.m. in the Nittany Lions' final non-conference game of the season. The Lions and Chippewas will be meeting for the first time. Central Michigan earned a late 38-37 win at Miami (Ohio) on Saturday.
Tickets remain for the Central Michigan game, as well as Big Ten home games with Minnesota (Oct. 1) and the Senior Day contest with Wisconsin (Nov. 5). The Oct. 8 clash with Ohio State and the Oct. 29 Homecoming game with Purdue are sold out.

Penn State forced four turnovers against Cincinnati, turning three into touchdowns, and allowed only 31 yards rushing. A trio of freshmen delivered three receptions of 40 yards or more en route to a 42-10 fourth quarter lead. Senior quarterback Michael Robinson was 11 of 17 for 220 yards and a career-high three touchdowns and ran for 62 yards, as the Lions surpassed last year's total of one 40-yard pass play in the Cincinnati game.
