Elvis Tours America:

Elvis Costello issued two new albums and toured extensively in 2004, and the veteran singer/songwriter looks to be headed for an equally busy 2005. Costello opens the year with a series of European dates that run from mid-January to mid-February. He's scheduled to launch his U.S. tour March 2 in Orlando, FL, and 10 dates are confirmed so far. The U.S. tour itinerary is below; information about the European tour is available at Costello's official website.

On the horizon is the Jan. 25 release of the 10-inch vinyl EP "The Clarksdale Sessions," which Costello and his band The Imposters recorded during rehearsals for last year's "The Delivery Man." The EP is named for the one-room, Clarksdale, MS, recording studio in which it was recorded.
