2005 Festival Announcement: New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival

During the last two weekends in April, Music and Food lovers from around the world will descend on New Orleans, Louisiana, to see more than 600 artists on 12 stages. The legendary New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival has been a cultural and musical nexus for the last 30 years.

With 12 stages of soul-stirring music-jazz, gospel, Cajun, zydeco, blues, R&B, rock, funk, African, Latin, Caribbean, folk, and much more-the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival is a singular celebration."Jazz Fest has showcased countless talents over its 35 years, including most of the great indigenous artists of New Orleans and Louisiana: Fats Domino, The Neville Brothers, the mighty Marsalis family, Dr. John, Harry Connick Jr., The Radiators, Allen Toussaint, Buckwheat Zydeco, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Better Than Ezra, Professor Longhair, and many, many more.
