The LeAnn Rimes concert has been cancelled due to a broken blood vessel in the singer’s vocal chords. Rimes’ illness is the result of a severe case of viral bronchitis and has forced the singer to cancel several personal appearances and concert performances. Doctors anticipate the singer’s recovery in the near future, but no timetable has been confirmed for her return to the stage or any rescheduled dates for the missed performances.
