RE: Beta Test Special Rate Ending
We have received a number of emails asking for clarification on the Beta Test period. Here are the details:
Only 7 ½ days remain of the BlueBucs.com Beta Test. If you wish to continue to use the BlueBucs.com tools & services after 1/31/06, be sure to visit My BlueBucs and upgrade your account BEFORE midnight EST on Tuesday, January, 31, 2006.
When January ends, it won't be the only thing that will be archived in the annals of history; along with it goes the special Beta Test rate of $50 per month for BlueBucs.com membership, as well as all Beta Test Accounts. Never again will you be able to access the tools and services of BlueBucs.com for less than $69.95 per month (the standard membership rate that goes into effect on February 1, 2006).
IMPORTANT: Memberships are limited to a maximum of 200, and they are available on a first come, first serve basis ONLY. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this limit. Once the membership limit is reached, the system will automatically lock out all new registrations, as well as all beta test users.
As of this writing, there are 524 registered beta test accounts, with a total of 51 of the 200 available memberships locked-in. This leaves 473 beta testers to fill only 149 positions. Not only that, but we are AVERAGING 219 DIFFERENT users logging into their account each day. The remaining 149 positions WILL fill up!
To secure your position as one of the 200, and to take advantage of the Beta Test Discount Rate of $50 per month, go NOW to My BlueBucs and upgrade your account!
A) YES. The system will automatically lock out all new registrations, and any beta test members once the limit has been met (even if you are already logged-in). There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
A) NO. Not only will the membership rate never drop below $50 per month, but as of February 1, 2006 at 12:00AM EST it will never again be lower than $69.95 per month.
A) Yes, you can. However, keep in mind that the 200 positions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once they're taken, they're gone for good. There will NEVER be more than 200 positions available. If you are a risk taker and you would like to try and beat the last minute rush of signups, then you certainly have the option to do so.
A) The possibility of this happening is quite remote. However, it is indeed possible. If this should occur, we will review the subscription timestamps to determine which subscriptions made the 200 Limit, and which ones did not. These timestamps are accurate down to the milisecond, so we will break it down that far if necessary. The subscriptions that are determined to have come in after the cutoff will be immediately refunded in full.
